Intaglio inks is so named because it is used in the intaglio printing press, the oldest and most effective anti-forgery method, due to the uniqueness of the hand-engraving technology in intaglio plate making. With economic development, some well-known products use this technology to prevent forgery of the products themselves.

Plate Temperature: 60 -80 ℃
Workshop conditions: comparable humidity of 55+-5%, temperature of 22~ 26 ℃
Wiping solution temperature: 40~ 50 ℃
Composition of wiping solution: Caustic soda of 0.2~0.5%, sulfonated castor oil of 0~0.5%, and deionized water of the rest.
Drying of ink: the intaglio inks are formulated so as to allow stack handling within 16 to 24 hours of printing of the first side. A second intaglio print is possible 72 hours after the first print.
